How To Apply for UNISA AEGROTAT Examination 2022
According to the most recent UNISA news, first-time postgraduate students who are affected by load shedding or network issues have been urged to apply for aegrotat before completing their exams online.
According to the news,
It is required that first-time postgraduate writing students who had negative effects from load shedding and/or network issues during their exams submit an application for an aegrotat.
It is also expected that first-time postgraduate writing students who lost a loved one or became ill while taking their exams will submit an application for an aegrotat.
The following is the procedure to apply for an aegrotat examination:
Login to myUnisa and go to MyAdmin.
Select the examination timetable on Assessment Admin.
Click on Display to view your Oct/Nov timetable.
Click on “Apply for” and enter the details required. You are required to attach supporting documentation; an affidavit may suffice.
Postgraduate students have 10 days from the date of the examination to apply for an agrotat.
Applications should be sent to aegrotats@unisa.ac.za by postgraduate students who have begun an MCQ exam and encountered load shedding during their MCQ evaluation.
The aforementioned procedure is advocated for all other postgraduate students.
Additionally, in compliance with policy, Unisa does not provide students a third chance to retake their missed exams.
Also keep in mind that there is no second chance to take the exam for courses that involve research papers, continuous evaluation, practical assessment, or portfolio (evidence-based) assessment.
