01. Head Operations / GM / CEO – Plastic Division

Job Summary:
The Head of Operations for a Plastic Manufacturing Factory is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the factory’s operations. This role is critical in ensuring the factory runs efficiently and effectively while meeting production targets, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Bachelor’s/PG degree in engineering or a related field.

– At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

– Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing operation.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of production staff.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

– Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental policies related to manufacturing operations.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

– Proficiency in using technology, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other manufacturing software.

Job Purpose:
To manage the fleet / transport division as a Profit Centre Head by efficient utilization and maintenance of vehicles to maximize our investment / profitability. Fleet Manager
Responsibilities include recruiting drivers, maintaining vehicle serving records and ensuring operational efficiency across the fleet throughout the year.
Ultimately, you will work closely with Drivers and Auto Mechanics in our Organisation to ensure operations run smoothly and our vehicles are maintained based on our organizations standards.

03. Workshop Supervisor

Position: Workshop Supervisor

Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Experience Required: 15+ years of Similar Workshop

Age: 45 to 55 years

Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical is preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledge on diesel and petrol engines.
  • Specifically working knowledge on Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles
  • Ability to plan and co-ordinate with local mechanics on day to day maintenance schedule for the vehicles.
  • Ability to plan preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accordingly.

Job Requirement: The candidate must have working knowledge of Toyota Vehicles either in Africa or Middle East.
Working experience of no less than 5 years.
Computer knowledge: It will an added advantage.

Qualification – Diploma /Degree Engineering

  • Minimum of 8 + years Practical experience in steel factory and ERW Pipe
  • Knowledge of ½” – 10” Steel Pipes Pipes machine maintenance ,
  • Knowledge of Slitting Line, Shearing Line, Hydro-testing, End facing, Straightening, Auto-threading, Screw-type Compressors, EOT Cranes.

Job Profile:

  • Overall in charge of  Laboratory Administration.
  • Ensure to get samples in time for each products as per requirement from all our 3 companies.
  • Have to prepare the base solution samples for performing the tests.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of products are as per our standard.
  • In case of any quality issue, immediately inform the production department to rectify the same and never ever allow our product to become substandard.
  • Managing and careful use of lab equipment for a smooth test run.
  • Before performing the test, you must have to observe the right procedure and policies for the test.
  • Regular release of reports and incase of any quality deviations, inform the concerned in time


06. Systems Developer ERPNext Frappe / Open Source,

Job Description

Role involves :

  • To develop and refine functionality and implement a Hospital care and Management system using ERPNext Software.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand requirements of users processes, for the software provider to build functionality and reports.
  • All aspects of development including server-side, API, and client-side logic.
  • Can write efficient and reusable code design.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of Frappe and ERPNext.
  • Build full applications on the Frappe framework from scratch as per requirements.

Qualifications : 

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with major in Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Job Profile: –

This is a brown field project where they are planning to set up one retail stop shops for quality agricultural products which will include fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, irrigation systems, hard tools and other farming inputs etc.
The plan is to pilot -3-4 retail outlets this year; set up the entire supply chain and then eventually grow with further retail shops / distribution network

Desired Candidate:-

MBA (Mktg) with 15 yrs. experience in Sales & Marketing and setting up the Retail Outlets in Agribusiness / Fertilizer / Seed Company.

Africa Experience is Desirable.
