Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform HSE risk-assessment & monitor Health and safety procedures.
  • Investigate, create HSE-reports; compliance with all OSHA related tasks:
  • Develop strategies to reduce illness, environmental accidents;
  • Design HSE training programs to provide awareness education;
  • surveillance HACCP audits; investigating complaints; execute trainings to staff;
  • Prepare HACCP documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing information;
  • carry out routine HSE/HACCP inspections and carry out briefings
  • Assure strict compliance of “Standard Operation Procedures”
  • Analyze complaints, eliminate failures; take measures to avoid recurrences
  • Maintain documentation, HACCP cleaning plans/pest control in all areas.
  • coordinate implementation of Corrective Actions and Root-Cause-Analysis
  • Specify guality reguirements of raw materials with suppliers


  • University Degree(Msc)in related area:
  • 2-3 years work experience in multinational organization, production facility;
  • In depth understanding of HSE and/or food & hygiene regulations HACCP;
  • Good communication, organizational skills, customer orientation;
  • Leadership skills; Fluent in English verbal and written;

  • Working knowledge of basic security techniques
  • Tanzanian national;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas
  • Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
  • Review/update Security Regulations, Directives, Bulletins as appropriate for dissemination.
  • Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
  • Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
  • Respond to emergencies/incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
  • Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have
  • Monitor alarms and security cameras
  • Establish and maintain contacts both internally and externally to gather information on rules, legislations and policies to comply with;

  • 2 years proven work experience in industrial environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical maintenance, inspection, repair, installation, alteration of ventilation, AC, refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspection of refrigeration units, and isolated heating and ventilation units.
  • Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, relays, filters, beots. Compressors, heat exchangers, gas & safety valves, etc.
  • Planing and supervision of the plant equipment maintenance
  • Assure activities regarding maintenance in all areas assuring their proper operations;
  • Corrective maintenance activities, assessment of maintenance needs, development of preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Analysis of equipment maintenance in close cooperation with production department and execution of respective interventions;
  • Coordination of internal and external maintenance team;
  • Respect and guarantee the strict compliance with HSE requirements;
