ASFA Hose Service and Maintenance Support Ltd is a registered firm in Tanzania with offices at Mwanza, Kahama – Shinyanga and Tabora regions.  ASFA is legally reputable to carry on the business of providing hydraulic services such as hydraulic hoses, pumps, fittings, adaptor filters, O-ring also we are dealing with Mechanical services, civil services, fire suppression system, welding and fabrication that include technical support, repair as well supply of personal protective equipment (PPE), Supply of spare parts for Automotive and heavy machine-like KOMATSU, CATERPILLAR

The company also carry out a business of supplying different products to various Individuals, Private Companies, Government Institutions and overseas Companies and Agencies.

Receptionist Job Vacaancy at ASFA Hose Service and Maintenance Support Ltd

ASFA Engineering is currentty looking to recruit a receptionist who will ensure the company gets professional front desk services to its clients,guests and co-workers including administrative support as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute incoming Invoices,mail,and courier deliveries.Organize oustgoing mail, special deliveries and register invoices in numbering system.
  • Respond to incoming calls timely and forward in a professional manner.
  • Ensure cost effective management of office stationery,consumable,monitor levels and inform Office Administrator of need to re-order as necessary.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable,with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens,forms and brochures)
  • Review newspapers for coverage of relevant issues,scan and e-mail to management.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting,welcoming,directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Maintenance of the boardroom,including ensuring meeting support(communications,tea breaks,lunch,etcjas required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum high school education with Diploma in front office
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist,Front Office Representative or simltar role
  • Telephone operations skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Multitasking and time-management skilis,with the ability to prloritize tasks
  • Computer,Interpersonal and attention to details skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both Swahili and English
