1. All aspirants must be Citizens of Tanzania with an age not above 45 times of age except for those who are in Public Service and where specified; 
2.  must attach an up – to – date Curriculum Vitae (CV) having dependable connections; postal address/ post law, e – correspondence and telephone figures; 
3. Applicants should apply on the strength of the information given in this announcement; 
4.  must attach their pukka clones of the following instruments – 
5. Postgraduate/ Degree/ Advanced Parchment/ Parchment/ Instruments; 
6.  Postgraduate/ Degree/ Advanced Parchment/ Parchment reiterations; 
7.  Form IV and Form VI National Examination Instruments; 
8.  Professional Registration and Training Instruments from separate Registration or Regulatory Bodies, (where applicable); 
9.  Birth Instrument; 
10.  clones of the following instruments is rigorously not accepted – 
11.  Form IV and form VI results slips; 
12.  Witnesses and all Partial reiterations; 
13. An aspirant must upload recent Passport Size Print in the Recruitment Portal; 
14.  aspirant employed in the Public Service should route his operation letter through his separate employer; 
15.  aspirant who’s retired from the Public Service for whatever reason shouldn’t apply; 
16.  aspirant should indicate three estimable arbiters with their dependable connections 
17. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced position education should be vindicated by The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA). 
18.  instruments from foreign Universities and other training institutions should be vindicated by The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) and National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) independently; 
19.  aspirant with special requirements/ case (disability) is supposed/ advised to indicate; 
20.  inked operation letter should be written either in Swahili or English and Addressed to
