 • Coordinate and deliver accurate and timely periodic reports. 

 • Insure accurate, timely submission of yearly reports MMR, balance distance review, POI, stocks..

• Manage Company’s periodic inspection and medication of the periodic audited fiscal statements.

 

 • Maintain applicable fiscal records to meet commercial, inspection, legislative and fiscal reporting conditions. 

 • Manage duty calculations, maintain applicable duty records and force to the professional duty counsels to ensure compliance with Tanzania legislation. 

 • Operation of the bank accounts icing they operate within the approved limits. 

• Ensure timely payment of suppliers in adherence to the supplier credit terms.
